Here's a special thanks to all the new subscribers for giving us a great start to the new year!

  • Deals and discounts on solar power products

  • New interviews and features on

2009 was a great year for solar power. Incentives, media exposure, and zero down solar leases allowed more people than ever to consider solar power for their energy needs.

At Solar Power Beginner we had a great 2009 also. We've had the chance to meet a lot of great people in the solar energy field and the number of visitors to our website has grown every month.

As great a year as it was, we've got much bigger plans for 2010.

We have started the new year with a new section on Solar Installers .

This is a great place to come to if you're thinking about installing solar panels on your roof.

We've started with profiles on

SolarCity and Akeena Solar

And once again, if you're thinking about installing solar panels on your house then you'll want to check this out...

If you sign up through Solar Power Beginner to find a qualified solar installer in your area we provide you with a free report entitled "5 Simple Steps To A Solar Power Home".

This report gives you information on your home's solar potential, rebates and grants that are available to you, financing options, and a lot more.

Make sure you're fully prepared for your first consultation with a solar installer.

After all, you may be closer than you think to owning a Solar Power Home

Thanks to everyone who sent in suggestion and comments last month, I do appreciate it!

If there's a certain solar something you're dying to know or just something you've been wondering about, let me know and I'll do my best to get the answers for you.

You can reach me through our Contact Form or at info"@" (just get rid of the quotation marks around the @).

Looking forward to hearing from you! (Yes you).

And once again, if you want to know more about me and why I started, check out the "About Us" page on the site.

Good luck in all your solar endeavors!

T. Champagne
